It's been 3 months since I last wrote in here, mainly cos I never know what to say. Some people seem to fill theirs with essays Finally got around to scanning some artwork I did for Uni last year.

Been drawing a lot, mainly learning about anatomy and gesture. The human body is amazingly complex and of course beautiful. I try to get my friend to model for me but he can't stay still for the life of him. Don't have any complete works to show really except if you count line drawings. I'll have some more of those up later this week or so. I notice I have too many character drawings and they're kind of boring so I want to try to go a bit more crazy with composition and movement. I'll be learning about value and colour soon, at the moment though one thing at a time.

I've been attending life drawing even though it's kind of crappy because we only draw for 2 hrs with a break in between. Anyone around the newcastle and sydney (australia) area? Just wondering if there's anyone local ever coming here.
